I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The ambiance was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. My massage therapist Sydney was absolutely wonderful. I absolutely loved my me time at The Wellness Spot ! From the minute I walked into the door, I was greeted warmly. I loved my mani and pedi with Camille! My nails look amazing and Camille was so kind and thoughtful. This will definitely be my space for self care ! The aesthetics are amazing and beautiful…. Very warm and inviting!
My first two appointments went well. Booking both of those appointments however were a nightmare on the website. The booking/communication channels need an audit and overhaul to make sure that clients are successfully updated on their appointments. Losing out completely on the full dollar value of session is not an acceptable outcome for a high cost service such as this.
Leaving this review as I sit in the Zen room drinking peppermint tea. This is not my first time at The Wellness Spot and I keep coming back because it keeps getting better. Today I had a 90 minute signature massage with add on scalp massage with Antonia and my fiancé had a mani/pedi (men’s bourbon pedicure).
