I was really looking forward to my full service pedicure and facial. The attendant never did tell me what exactly kind of facial I was having or the products she was using on my face.. weird how would she know what I needed or tolerated? The pedicure was subpar at best, my toenails had polish misses and over painted. I never got my leg massage and the hot wax was a mess. I booked in for a pedicure for my mom and I. The website advised that if you were coming in with gel nail polish to book the delux pedi as it had extra time to remove. It also included gel application and paraffin wax. It took my esthetician 30 min to get my gel off. And my mothers took almost 45 min. They were filing with a tiny file, and finally took out the dremel file (which they only had one of). I have never been to a spa that took more then 10 min to get gel off. Truly worse in Kelowna , please don’t waste your time or money here. They are NEVER open, they have a “walk in’s welcome” sign up, but how can you welcome walk in’s when you’re never open?. Please go to a spa that actually wants your business and appreciates it. The hotel concierge are witness to all this, even they couldn’t understand why welcome walk in’s but be permanently closed.
