I saw Lura for about 5 sessions. Each time I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. And I have been able to use the things she taught to better my life and mindset. Friends and family have noticed I’m doing better and I tell them it’s because of the work I did with her. It is not talk therapy - which I appreciate.
