Catherine is the best! I’ve been seeing her for a year now and she has helped me so much with my neck and back issues. I always recommended her to anyone looking for a massage therapist. All of the staff at the Wellness Initiative are also so kind. Definitely recommend them for your wellness needs.

I've been seeing several therapists at this clinic. Caitlin is an absolutely phenomenal PT and one of the best if not the best I've ever had. Her assessments are thorough and she is able to identify what areas could be contributing to pain and what exercises will treat not just the symptoms but the cause. Maria is excellent, she’s very professional and so knowledgeable. She helped me so much getting prepared for my labour and recovering from it. She also noticed an issue on my babies latch. Highly recommend her!
