Caitlin is a life saver! A little while back, I was dealing with severe lower back pain/sciatica for months and after multiple trips to the ER with no help, I decided to try physio. Caitlin was able to help me identify my issue - a disc herniation. She worked with me to show me exercises to alleviate my pain and proper body mechanics (which I severely lack ...
