All the staff that I’ve interacted with have been friendly and pleasant to deal with. The lady on the phone when I was booking even stayed a bit longer than her shift, which should not be expected. I wasn’t able to get in with a massage professional as I called in last minute. I explained why I needed a massage, and they recommended acupuncture, which, combined with normal exercise and stretching, helped quite a bit.
