The first appointment was okay. I got a 6 month prepaid membership to do facials. For what I pay I think the least they can do is call to confirm or cancel my appointment as any*** other spa does. I recently had to change my phone and lost my booking information with my calendar. --They never confirmed my appointment but I got the quickest $20 fee for an appointment I NEVER confirmed. Buyer be aware! This place is a scam. I had dysport done and paid over $400 for 3 areas. I was promised results for that area. I returned for follow up and left there bruised up, and with only minor improvement. I made yet another appointment because I had paid $400 and was told me that If i wanted more I had to pay for another treatment. Really bad costumer service... and the receptionist is a moron! Every time I have an issue with their billing dept or appts they fail to resolve anything and always blame the client. Ive had canceled appts without them telling me they were canceling it, so I show up to be told to go home. Ive had issues with them changing my regular therapist without telling me.
