Ownership is a joke. They removed the squash and racquetball courts with zero notice to members and with no regard for those who used the courts. One of the owner's LinkedIn profile states: "At (our company), it’s all about the people. From the team members in our company to the members of our community, people are the reason we exist." Reality is the total opposite. They don't care jack about members.
My boyfriend was charged $360 randomly without any prior notice, and they won’t offer a refund. Instead, they keep making excuses to avoid taking responsibility. Disappointing experience overall.
