A wonderful and laid back place to do Zumba, Boxing Boot Camp, Yogalaties, Pilates, Spin...The Wellness Center offers not only a myriad of fun exercise classes but also all kinds of workshops such as Aromatherapy, Self defense for Women, Journal writing, Meditation, Tai Chi! There is no contract to sign and one can pay per class if needed! I always look forward to my Wellness days with anticipation!
