After realizing that I was charged a $50 late fee for immunization records, I asked for it to be waived as I met the immunization requirements. I went through a lot of hoops to see my physician, get the necessary shots, following up with emails and calls to the wellness center. The most useless resource. The staff at the main desk should significantly work on their communication skills and customer service ,they always seem disturbed and don’t know the answers to any questions I ask, it is not just one time situation . As an international student, it is so hard to navigate everything with insurance and how to get any medical help, and nobody gives a damn.
The psychologists here are actual liars. They will make up verbal statements that you never said and waste your time and money. You are unsafe with them. Please reach out to someone who isn’t affiliated with them if you need help.
very helpful and gave me many things to help with my bronchitis. didn’t keep me waiting like doctors offices would.
