I’ve had the pleasure of visiting The Wellington in Liberty and can’t say enough about the care and hospitality this community provides. Thank you to Joanna Wesley Executive Director and Tabitha Gray, Operations Coordinator for helping schedule a meeting in one of your hospitality rooms (with one of your residents that lives in the independent living wing). Wellington Senior Living is a lovely facility, and the staff is very friendly and professional.
The Wellington is what senior living should be. Does not hire “random Joe’s” from the street. Other facilities surrounding Kansas City will hire you if you “have a heart beat”. Will be hired if you’re truly fit for the position applying for. All staff on the Wellness (nursing staff) side want to be there. This is demonstrated in the cares being given. A dear friend of mine had a bad experience living in another local senior living facility. So, last year she moved into Wellington, and, she absolutely loves it! Her apartment is spacious and luxurious. She has a very nice washer/dryer set in her apartment, no more sharing old machines with dozens of other people.
