So I Paid $1,838 cash to file chapter 13 to less than two weeks later being a chapter 13 with almost a $1,700 a month payment that doesn't include mortgage that my name isn't on food electric, water, insurance etc you think I'm rich if I was I wouldn't have talked to you to begin with
