Stay away. In December 2024, I bought a gift certificate for several hundred dollars. Shortly thereafter they "temporarily" closed because of water damage. To date (2/18/2025) no word on the extent of the damage, why the delay, and why no accommodation for clients and or customers. There has been lots of information about a new facility opened right after the closure and lots of information on how to travel to one of their other facilities.
I bought my wife a gift certificate for Mother’s Day and paid cash. The clerk never entered it into the computer. When my wife went in to use it they said they had no record of it. They had no record of it despite mine and my wife’s contact details being in their computer from several previous purchases. When I asked them about it they essentially told me to go pound sand. Amon Dennis is the best. Request him, you won’t regret it
The wait it too long. Over half an hour for a simple sandwich is not a normal wait time. Especially when it’s overpriced. They need way better service. If you stop by to get a quick bite- it’s not gonna be quick.
