I had a breath work session with Allison and is was one of the safest, most transformative experiences I've ever had. With her guidance I truly let go of alot of pain/ stress/ and anger and tapped into my healing. Her music choices were absolutely perfect! and her sound bath and hand /foot massage at the end was so calming, comforting, and the kindest touch after losing myself. The experience absolutely grounded me in more ways then one. I highly recommend a private session with her.
