A very homely place, fantastically run by genuinely caring staff with a great sense of humour and excellent care. 100% recommend.
My sister came to Well house house house for respite stay twice. On a second visit, she was abused by one of the clients and a visit motivated by the manager to drop any claims of calling in police . Conclusion was she was abused at Well house and I feel that I need to give you feedback as my daughter had a visit by the manager, Mandy,to drop all allegations and claims of abuse which have been proven by the police . Our son has only been going to the well house for three weeks. He asks how many sleeps till he goes again. He's happy and relaxed which tells us he loves it there. So friendly an absolute lifeline thank you to you all xxx
