Michelle was amazing, not only at what she does, but as a person too! She gave me direction, helped me feel confident in my decisions, gave honest feedback when I was on the "wrong" path and was just so accommodating and kind! My drapes, blinds and shutters are STUNNING! And the installer was fantastic too! (and it wasn't an easy install with 23 ft ceilings!) Michelle was recommended to us by our interior designer and she helped us choose blinds for all the windows in our new home. Michelle is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly determine our style which made the selection process very easy. The installer was also excellent. We are extremely happy with all our blinds and would not hesitate to recommend Michelle and The Well Dressed Window.
Michelle was excellent to work with, as was her installer. There was always excellent communication as she sought to provide an automated window covering solution for a large slider as well as for several other somewhat unique windows, all requiring her expertise and knowledge. She interfaced well with both Hunter Douglas and her installer to ensure workable solutions that met our requirements. She also has an excellent eye for colour and texture. We wouldn't hesitate to utilize her services again.
