Painful massage I'm sorry, I don't usually complain but I have to say that I've had massages before and this was by far the most uncomfortable experience for myself and my husband. I tried to surprise him for our 25th and he had never had a massage before so along with a romantic weekend away I thought this would be a great thing to do. Just The Best The Well was great! My wife and I have had many massages and I must say we both loved it at The Well. I will admit it was a different experience then we have had at spas. The therapist at the well believe massage is a well being experience and not a pampering experience. The atmosphere is comfortable original art works adorn the walls and the slightly uneven floors bring out the charm of the Victorian era building.
