I am beyond disappointed with this company we used for our holiday let cleaning and linen. The price I was first given was changed less than a month after we started with them and increased. It took us weeks to get a contract. The cleans were not complete, when I raised this with them they charged me for another 30 mins of clean on top of the changeover price when the job hadn’t been finished. I have used The Welcome team for some time now to clean our 2 Holiday Cottages. I have always found them to be very professional, friendly and accommodating. They are always very punctual and reliable and do a lovely job of cleaning our properties.
