Referral was sent in 9/10/25 and i had to wait months 1/14/26 to get an appointment. The day of my appointment i was 6 mins late due to dropping my child off at daycare. When i arrived i was informed that they had a 5 min grace period and that me being 5 mins late would not give the provider enough time to meet me with me per their new policy. I have been on track for gastric sleeve surgery here since the beginning of this year, and have received nothing but great care. The team at the front desk went the extra mile in helping me get all of my required pre-surgery appointments in. My dietician, Jim, has been incredibly supportive and helpful in guiding me towards healthier choices and habits to support my upcoming surgery.
