Staff was very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful Appointments take to long to get.
I had a referral at one point and I waited for them to call and I called them. You get an answering machine which makes me believe that they screen all of their patient’s phone calls and choose who they will make appointments with before they even speak with you. I never did get ahold of them so after multiple attempts I gave up. Recently I tried to have my son set up an appointment. Which after a few attempts managed to set up an appointment. This place is useless. Virtual appointment with the nurse practitioners. Basically refused to treat and refused to follow up because I was honest about disordered eating. She said oh we can't take your coping mechanism away. Really? That's the whole reason I'm trying to get help is to get tools to help me not use food as a coping mechanism.
