This place is useless. Virtual appointment with the nurse practitioners. Basically refused to treat and refused to follow up because I was honest about disordered eating. She said oh we can't take your coping mechanism away. Really? That's the whole reason I'm trying to get help is to get tools to help me not use food as a coping mechanism. I started with them in October 2020 & we did telemed appts. Things went extremely well for quite some time and I lost appx 50 lbs and was maintaining it. I got VERY sick the 1st week of January 2023, was hospitalized for 21 days (5 in ICU) and almost died from the flu which had escalated into empyema & septic shock.
