I have been on track for gastric sleeve surgery here since the beginning of this year, and have received nothing but great care. The team at the front desk went the extra mile in helping me get all of my required pre-surgery appointments in. I had a referral at one point and I waited for them to call and I called them. You get an answering machine which makes me believe that they screen all of their patient’s phone calls and choose who they will make appointments with before they even speak with you. I never did get ahold of them so after multiple attempts I gave up. Recently I tried to have my son set up an appointment. Which after a few attempts managed to set up an appointment.
