Unfortunately, not what i was expecting. I tell them that I have issues with binge eating and they tell me to go on (quite literally) the most restrictive diet for 4 weeks with no support and very minimal explanation of the diet itself (which seems very contradictory). The appointment itself felt very rushed and I did not feel heard. It was discouraging as I was very excited for the appointment, but I most certainly won't be going back.
It's been over a year now since I started my weight loss journey with Dr. Kufaishi and her team. What a life-changing experience! One of the best decisions I've made was to follow Dr. Kufaishi's guidance when it came to my GLP-1 treatment and healthy dieting. The support and care she provides are phenomenal and I've seen incredible results with her. Now I am in my best shape physically and mentally. I highly recommend The Weight Loss Clinic.
The doctors and staff are very nice and their weight loss program really works. I was able to lose weight and reach my goal after 10 months. After weight loss, they provide continuing support to prevent the weight coming back. I am so happy! I have achieved better health overall and feel great. I wish I'd found them years ago!
I have spent the past 6+ months working with Dr. Kufaishi and her team and they are all amazing, caring people. The program she has developed simply works, it is not always easy, but if you follow the team's advice and guidance you will see some amazing weight loss results. I now feel so much better, have more energy, bloods are good, liver is back in shape, sleep is better and I have more energy. Thanks team - 100% recommend working with them on your weight loss journey.
Horrible experience. 2 major things, environment and the experience itself with the doctor. AWFUL receptionists. Extremely unwelcoming and came across as either prejudiced toward plus-sized people or simply unhappy in their roles. Reception staff are supposed to greet patients warmly and create a comfortable environment, but unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite. “Too many carbs” seems to be the default excuse here, similar to another review where someone was mentioned the same concern.
