Dr. Hala is an exceptional doctor. She has been a wonderful support throughout my weight-loss journey. She is very patient and always encourages a positive and optimistic mindset. The waiting time was unacceptable. Being told it’s normal to wait 2–3 hours is extremely inconsiderate. People have jobs, families, and responsibilities. No one should have to sit for hours without proper communication or respect for their time
In 2021 I was diagnosed with a massive thyroid nodule and was told I would have to remove my thyroid. Side effect: uncontrollable massive weight gain. While I’ve always been happy, I would keep gaining weight and it was destroying me mentally.
