Carmen did an amazing job at altering my dress. There was nearly a 4-year gap between when my dress was bought and when my wedding finally went ahead. In this time I somehow outgrew the dress even though it was loose on me, my shape had changed so the dress needed a little adjusting. Carmen adjusted the bust area (mainly the cups) and added tulle shoulders to really define my shape and to showcase how elegant the dress is. Poor communication skills, and lacks customer service and professionalism. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Took my wedding dress here for dry cleaning on the 8th June, and now nearly 6 MONTHS LATER was ready to be picked up on the 3rd Dec. that should say enough for why this review is being done. Carmen originally quoted me an 8 week turnaround for dry cleaning and said she’d call once it’s done. that time passed and hadn’t heard from her, so decided to give her another 2 weeks before messaging just in case because I understand being a sm... read more
Carmen did an incredible job on my wedding dress and completely changed the top for me. It was definitely a process and a lot of work for her but she nailed it! The left is my old dress next to my new on the right. The whole top was removed and remade for me with lots of design ideas and photos. The attention to detail Carmen put in is second to none down to the smallest things like hidden buttons. Cannot express how happy I was with the finished product
