Didn’t have what I wanted in stock due to late delivery, however called as soon as the truck arrived. Very kind and helpful staff.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have purchased Weber products, lanes BBQ rubs and sauces, and YETI drinkware. All great service and know their stuff.
I bought a new Weber SmokeFire off them a few months back, got extra accessories etc. and was pretty happy with the whole deal. Fast forward to yesterday when I made a special trip there to buy two bags of pellets. I went inside, door chime rang loudly, no one at counter, and went over to the pellet section and chose two bags. Took them to the counter and waited. Needed fire bricks for a Eureka Gemini double door fireplace. Wife dealt with a female there called Tiah. Things took awhile to get the order right but eventually order was placed & paid for in full. A few weeks go by & bricks go to Ipswich bbqs because Eureka won’t send them to customers, only dealers. Get bricks, & they were packaged very well, but on opening, one was missing a corner, and another was missing a large chunk out of it, as well as a crack right through.
