Fire is a devastating experience. Weaver Adjusters and specifically, Jason Doughtery, were wonderful. They helped me trough the complex process on insurance communication. The outcome was favorable and fair.

They answered every question promptly, and advocated for me, getting the maximum amount I could from my insurance company.

I used Weavers Adjustment Services after a fire at my daughter's home where I had in-law quarters. They were all phenomenal to work with. They took a traumatic experience for me, calmed me down, explained what I needed and what they do to help. They walked me through everything, even the silliest of questions and concern with compassion and understanding, and some difficult situations that needed ironing out.I appreciated their help, their input and that they were always available.
