I hired Mr. Watts to assist me in collecting $8,900 from a breach of contract case. When speaking to him on the phone the first time, he came across as knowledgeable. When speaking to him the second time on the phone, he came across very arrogantly and pushy. He demanded that I bring him a retainer of $5,000 by a certain day or he would not take the case.
