My Mom was there in 2010. No one checked on her and she died of a stroke. My sister and I filed a complaint but nothing happened. St. Lukes hospital recommended this home. Please be aware. I will always sent reviews as long as I live with this incident.
MYMOTHER WAS AT THIS NURSING HOME FOR AWHILE!! I WISHI WOULD HAVE KEPT HER THERE!! IT IS A GREAT NURSING HOME IN A GREAT CITY!! I WOULD RECCOMMEND THIS NURSING HOME TO EVERYONE!! I WISH WE WOULD OF NEVER OF MOVED OUT OF DULUTH--JUST BECAUSE OF THIS NURSING HOME!! GREAT STAFF!!! CHECK IT OUT!!
My mother-in-law is a patient here and has been for 3 months. She really really likes it here and the nursing staff is so kind, friendly and caring for her needs. They have many activities for the residents to participate in and the bird sanctuary is beautiful. The atmosphere is homey and inviting. Staff is amazing and go out of their way to make sure my mother-in-law is well taken care of.
WE HAD A DEAR FRIEND WHO HAD TO MAKE HER HOME HERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. HER CARE WAS OUTSTANDING, EVERYONE KIND AND TOOK SUCH GOOD CARE OF HER. WE WOULD USE ST.MICHAELS AGAIN IF WE EVER NEED TOO. THANKS YOU ALL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.SINCERELY,JIM AND PERCY WHITE
