The Aides are very patient and helpful. Maddison is not only friendly with the residents but very helpful with the advocates and family
My wife wanted to tour the facility a couple of weekends ago for her father who was in desperate need of memory care. She made it clear that we could only tour in the afternoons. The sales person, Alaina would only make an appointment at a very specific time in the mornings, which because of my father-in-laws care needs, we could not make happen. Visited the facility today, Paulette and her team were exceptionally welcoming, as was the front desk employee who assisted me with check in.
