My name is Sherri elrod I have worked at this place two times in a row the first time was amazing the second time was awful they never have everything that the residents need when it comes to providing a meal for them... sharika is the kitchen manager...she get $3,000 a week and still don't have what the residents need.... someone is stealing at that facility.... they need to do better when it comes to management and how they run things.... the water of Memphis...management is really really bad there every night when I cook ... read more

My mother in law was there for two months before she passed away from complications of an issue from a previous facility. However, they worked as hard as they could to rectify the issue, before we decided on hospice. For the most part, the staff was kind and knowledgeable of their duties. That isn't to say I didn't encounter a little incompetence. But on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give an 8.
