Very lovely people, but unfortunately the spa didn’t feel well-equipped for anyone above a size large. The towels were quite small, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. You’re required to lie on your back for the entire treatment, which made it very hard on my back, regardless of how many pillows were used. The young lady assisting me was kind and helpful, but overall the experience was quite uncomfortable, and I ended up having to stop the treatment early. Highly recommend this place! The ladies here are incredibly friendly and amazing at what they do. The atmosphere is calming and clean. so happy with how my nails turned out! Will be coming here from now on. No other salon that ive been to has had me leaving this happy like the water's edge has.
I had a wonderful experience at the Water’s Edge Spa. I booked my first facial there with Robyn and it exceeded my expectations. First, the room is amazing from the fireplace, the candles, to the heated bed with massage features. I was greeted warmly by Robyn who was very professional and lots of attention to detail. The spa itself is beautifully decorated. Thank you and I will be returning.
