My girlfriend and I got a couples massage at this facility. The place was clean and the staff were welcoming. However, when I asked the therapist to use more preasure since she was way too gentle, she told me that was a relaxation massage and if I wanted more pressure, I should have purchased deep tissue massage. This happened twice during the massage. Note that the pressure she used was miles away from deep tissue massage and all I asked for was a bit more pressure which she refused twice. The location and overall vibe were lovely—we even got to enjoy the sunset by the windows, which was a nice touch. However, the massage itself was fairly average, more of a general treatment . They also started our appointment about 10 minutes late, which affected our parking time and unfortunately resulted in us getting a ticket. It took 10 phone calls and 3 emails to get a hold of someone to book our couples massage. The space itself is lovely, clean and they serve tea before and after. The massage itself was bare minimum effort; like having oil gently applied and removed. The masseuses asked me and my partner how the pressure was, and so we both asked for more. Their response to both of us was "this is just a relaxation massage" and continued with the gentle rubbing.
I booked a 90min couple massage, it was a little bit complicated and hard to get an appointment, but today we finally got one! The staff were very kind! The massage from Katie and Eegii was amazing, very relaxing, we definitely had a great experience!
I had an amazing experience at The Waterfront Spa at Seaside. I went in for a relaxation massage, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere was calming, the space was spotless, and the whole visit felt peaceful and rejuvenating. A special shoutout to Katie, who did an exceptional job with my massage.
