I have been trying to contact this location multiple times, but the phone rings three times and disconnects. I eventually had to send an email to request a couples massage appointment. While I did receive a call back, the line disconnected mid-conversation while scheduling, and no one called me back. I emailed again to confirm if the appointment was ever booked, but I haven't received a response. The lack of communication here is extremely frustrating, and I will not be trying to book with this business again."
My girlfriend and I had a couple’s massage with Erica and Ana and honestly it was amazing. The views from the bed and the quality of the massage was top notch. Their professional and kind demeanour created a relaxing and comfortable environment from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this spa for everyone who needs time to relax and decompress their body.
I wanted to share what a wonderful experience my rowing teammates and I had during our reunion week. Our time at the Waterfront spa was comfortable, calm and professional. We each got a pedicure and had the time and space to visit. Thank you to the team at Waterfront for making it so special (champagne and fruit platter was really above and beyond). Highly recommend!
Booked a couples massage for my husband and I! After about 6-7 phone calls, 2 emails and then having to reschedule us 2 times we finally were booked in. The one thing during our massage that we did not appreciate is one of the technicians was clearly sick. She was coughing, sneezing and having to clear her throat the whole duration of our massage. Unfortunately we won't be back! I think the managers need to look into getting a reception!
My girlfriend and I got a couples massage at this facility. The place was clean and the staff were welcoming. However, when I asked the therapist to use more preasure since she was way too gentle, she told me that was a relaxation massage and if I wanted more pressure, I should have purchased deep tissue massage.
