It was three years ago that my mom, Jean, moved into The Waterford. She was originally in a two bedroom suite with my Dad but has since moved on her own into a one bedroom suite, both suites are beautiful, quiet, clean and spacious. We had looked at many different independent senior living options and settled on The Waterford. I am so glad we did ! I feel completely confident in Mom's safety on her own here. My mother lived at the Waterford for 12 plus years until her health declined greatly and needed more care. Her 12 years at the Waterford were a wonderful experience, she was treated with respect and they cared for her with great dignity. My experience with the Waterford is a fantastic one while looking after my elderly mother. They are great people at the Waterford!

My father resides at the Waterford and tells me it's very comfortable and he loves the building itself. Housekeeping is very good. He loves Ursula who is the nurse on duty during the week and I think she does a stellar job too. His only two complaints would be that the food all tastes the same or has some fancy sauce on it. The southern fried chicken is his favorite. He has a very basic flavor profile so fancy isn't his thing. Overall, he is very comfortable and happy he is there.
