Staff very helpful and great looking place. Great experience!
I know that my father, who is a resident at the Waterford at Westover Hills, is well taken care of there. The medical staff are very attentive to his care. He doesn’t need much assistance but they pay attention to any issues that might be of concern. I am grateful for all the staff. They treat my father with dignity and respect. They are friendly, compassionate and caring. I can’t thank them enough for all they do.
Amazing facility! Truly was a home away from home, while I lived in San Antonio. Loved working here! All around great team. The residents are very well taken care of. Compassionate nurses, amazing care staff and med techs, and let’s not forget to give it up to their amazing ED Mrs Vivian! Truly will be missed! ❤️
I am a hospice RN making multiple visits daily, so I see many facilities up close. The Waterford Memory care unit is exceptional! The staff is so involved and present with the residents, the educational training shines through in their interactions with cognitively challenged residents, yet is so warm and respectful. There are so many staff members everywhere!! So wonderful to see an administration that truly sets the bar so high for excellence.
