Very respectful assistant, guid me n explain everything very well on daily activities that will be attended(: A big shout out to Ashley for making sure no one gets left behind! & making sure everyone had a great time at the end of the day! Doesn't hesitate to help. Felt very welcomed and wholesome.

The Memory Care Director Christina at Waterford of Westover Hills is truly amazing at what she does. She is incredibly interactive, compassionate, and attentive with every resident. It is clear that she genuinely cares about their well-being and works hard to create a positive, engaging environment. The residents are lucky to have someone so dedicated and caring leading their memory care program. Her kindness and commitment make a real difference every day.

We recently toured this facility as we ponder moving our mom out of her current facility. So far this place is a stand out. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The private rooms, dining room and activity rooms were all very nice. Many facilities we visited are rehab-patient focused, but this one is clearly focused on long-term residents and maintaining a clean, stable and comfortable residence. Very impressed!
