My mom was at the Waterford in West Bend for a couple of years starting out in assisted living and then moving on to memory care. I can’t thank the girls enough for the love and care my mom received. I am forever grateful and they will always hold a special place in my heart.
Seems like a nice place. My friend seems happier and healthier here. I was very happy to see the improvements. The only thing that disturbed me was when I was leaving, one of the employees was sitting outside, saying the f word several times to someone on the phone. She was loud and could careless who heard.
