RecommendedI have been visiting the Waterford for the past few years since my neighbors moved in. I love that place. From the time I enter the door to sign in and walk through the hallway to get to my former neighbors, I’m greeted with such warmth from the employees to the residents. My moms $1400.00 dollar Community Fee has NOT been returned. Check was written on March 17th and they cashed it on same day!!! She gave them notice 3 days later that she could not move in due to Co-vid Virus restrictions implemented at current facility. We have made several calls and none have been returned!!! SHE NEEDS HER MONEY BACK NOW!!!!
Today, I’ve been here two months. I’ve really enjoyed it here. I’m a people person and like having someone to talk to. Everyone is so friendly and the staff so very helpful. I feel very thankful that I’ve found this place, that I can call home.
I enjoy living here with wonderful people, employees, and supporting staff. Senior communication is great, fun, and entertaining.

The community and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed meeting all the wonderful people. The sales director was so very sweet and attentive when answering all my questions. Thank you all.
My grandmother lived here for many years. Good middle class facility w great staff all around and super friendly residents. Contracted in house staff provided all the care that allowed her to stay home till she passed.
