Definitely giving 5 stars! Everyone here is so welcoming and helpful, such a great environment. Dianne, Dawn, Erin, and Robbin were wonderful to work with. I accidentally hit the help button while doing a drywall repair and the staff were there immediately with no time to spare. Your loved ones will definitely be well taken care of at this facility.
Positives- Dawn, Trisha, Justin are fantastic at what they do. Reality-I have multiple issues with the facility as far as the memory care unit. My dad was in the facility for right at two months. While I understand that you have employees that are new/ old, orienting to the facility and have turnover.. This is proving to be a challenge in this facility. The Waterford is such a wonderful atmosphere because of the staff and caregivers. They truly minister to their residents and care about their welfare and happiness. They are truly like family to us!
