My parents lived in the Assisted Living area of the Waterford, College Station for roughly 4 years. They were very well attended and cared for. For a shorter time, near the end of their lives, they were in the Memory Care area. The food was always good in both areas. The eating area and attendants were thoughtful, helpful. Our family was very thankful to have the kind and loving care givers that worked at the Waterford. The environment was peaceful and encouraging. Both parents recently passed at age 93… We are forever glad ... read more

The staffing turnover is awful and the follow up for any concerns does not happen.
