The Walkin
I needed better inserts for my work boots and a new pair of walking shoes. The sales staff were very helpful and I found what I needed in less than an hour. Whew! Clothes shopping isn’t my favorite activity, so getting it done quickly was awesome!
I’ve been here several times and idk why I keep going back. The customer service at this location is terrible. 1) they always seems to be in a bad mood and do the minimum to help you 2) They made a mistake with my receipt total and asked me to come back since they forgot to charge something. I’ll spare you the details. When I told them I was disappointed about it, they did not apologize and got angry. Customer should always be right. Do not go to this location if you don’t need to.
Customer service is terrible. I was very disappointed.
