I've known Kevin Walker for a decade. The worst butt-kicking I've ever taken at trial was at his hands. What a jerk, why am I writing this. Well, it's because Walker is an excellent trial lawyer and mediator and if you are reading this to decide whether to choose him as your mediator, I'd suggest that you do so. I have added Walker to my firm's mediator rotation. You should too.
