The miracle vest garment digs into your body and under your under arm area. It’s very painful and uncomfortable. It doesn’t provide full coverage so you’ll have a lot of the bottom half of your stomach hanging out ( the biggest garment they have don’t provide full coverage either) Even if you manage to pull your extra skin into the vest, it creates a huge bulge of skin poking out under the bra area. I absolutely love my body vest that I purchased. I had been following online for about a year and finally decided to order. I love it. I ordered from website and someone personally called me to go over sizing! It covers everything! I love it because it’s open in the chest and ima 44h is no other full body garment fits .. amazing
