Rukiya, easy to work with, very nice and kind to work with.
I toured the facility today and was very pleased with what I saw. The lovely gal at the desk who gave me the tour was professional, kind and genuinely cares about the tenants. I would definitely consider this as an option for long term tenancy.
I have seen much more attention to the people here and trying to accommodate their needs. Cameras in the parking area, brighter or more lights and please clean the metal doors/replace. Thank You both, Kathy and Tyler.
Top level Tenant care!
This building is in the worst shape it has ever been in!! Once the transition of owners was complete and FPI Management took over completely around 2016 it has gone downhill. All the plumbing and electrical need to be updated. Deterioration of this building is plain to see. Rent increases every year! Deceptive advertising abounds. Cannot get work orders done in a timely manner. Some seniors here are scared because their rent is too high!
