My wife and I lived there for 8 years and in that time Vintage went through at least 9 managers. When we moved in there it had just gone through a remodel since then it went straight downhill. When we moved out the place was nothing more than a three story housing project. The inside of the building needed a total repaint and the carpet was so filthy that it all needed replaced. You also had to be careful as to what you put outside of your door because if it was nice it would be stolen.
