This is a horrible understaffed place to take a loved one. Girls work 16 hours. Medication is given when everyone else's is given. This is easier for the nurses so they can push the cart and get it all done at the same time. Everyone is just a number.

I feel that Oakwood takes care of its residence. I find the employees to be friendly and helpful in most cases. . As with any one who has left their loved ones in this type of facility, I have concerns but I have found that they are usuaaly ready to try to address those concerns. One thing I like is the facility is clean and efforts are made to decorate and they have beautiful flowers outside and very pretty decore inside.

I found this particular facility unwilling to work with families regarding admissions. They appear to pick and choose the residents, and have no problem letting go families know that "after all....money is the bottom line here" Pitiful administration dept, uncaring, and unwilling to go the extra mile for your loved one.
