This place is an absolute joke, staff telling patients to have family do their own laundry, because other staff would either steal their clothes, or give it to random patients. Handing out wrong medications and not knowing about it, thankfully our patient knew all of her pills and pointed it out quickly. Nobody manning the front desk to see who all is entering the building. My mother doesn’t get food brought to her and the staff are incorrectly feeding a low sodium diet (told her she can’t have fruits and salad) bathroom is filthy and when she gets her pills she has been handed the wrong medicine and the nurse didn’t know until my mother pointed it out. Completely unacceptable. This establishment either needs to find staff that care or the need to bring in ice.

This place is an embarrassing excuse of a care facility. The bathrooms are caked in filth, no one cares for the patients nor can anyone answer any questions you get passed to the next person. I have been here for 5 hours and my grandmother asked to be changed an hour before I got here, when I got here, and 5 hours after and still no damn help. This place should be shut down and local news agencies contacted , the staff is unprofessional and rough they ignore patients requests and needs , they let my grandma sit in her own feces and urine for hours at a time even when asked to change her , they made her go 7 days without a shower , her room was disbursing and dirty , burn marks in the floor , filth and bad hygiene from others still staining the bed and room , unsanitary and extremely disrespectful as a whole facility , I feel bad for anyone sending loved ones here ... read more

At first I was overwhelmed. I thought this facility was too big. I realize that I didn't have to travel throughout the facility. When I got acclimated I realized I was in a good place especially with the rehab I needed. The staff is very pleasant and I'm going most of them anyway. I had a good experience overall.
