I cant say enough about the staff here! My mom was in the dementia unit and received excellent care. Amanda was exceptional to deal with. And the guy who wears shorts all winter like I do, he was awesome! And the hospice nurse too. They made sure my mom was always comfortable and not only took care of her but took care of us as well. Brought us hot and cold drinks and snacks. Answered all our million questions and were very patient. My mother seems taken care of. She is fairly independent, so she doesnt require alot of care. Help with showers, laundry and meals. Shes has made friends and seems content. When staff interacts with her, its pleasant. She would let me know otherwise.
Under staff some nurses working16house toilets not properly cleaned and disinfect cold meals some very rude nurses no one on same page waiting 3 weeks for a application to Pittsburgh not done yet I've s never work properly goes of all the time maintenence is under staff and all departments under staff for people there physical therapy is just great Saber I called to deaf hears state board of health should come in and watch and not say who they are I already waited for nurses over ahalf hour and more needs a law suit
