Farmer Branch 55+ is a great place to live! It is located in a gated peaceful setting with everything you need close by. If your lifestyle is to sit quietly in your cozy unit and read a book, visit with the friendly neighbors, or get out and explore the many trails and activities in the area, this is a place you will love! Don’t just take my word for it. Come check it out for yourself. I hope you will love it here too!
My husband and I have lived here a year and a half and moving here was one of the best things we’ve done. Our unit is comfortable and always care for by Les, our great maintenance man, and especially by Carolyn Burnett. They look after us like family and meet all our needs quickly. We just can’t tell you how safe and happy we feel here! This community of people have become friends.
Such a great place to live!! The property manager and maintenance staff do an amazing job of keeping the units and neighborhood in top-notch shape. I feel safe and welcome here!!
I want to thank Carolyn and Les for all their efforts. They both are attentive to the residents and very responsive to their questions and maintenance when needed. At 80 years old, my dad had a recent hip surgery, which required my parents to move out of their home of 30 years. They will tell you that this move was a wonderful decision. They love the ease of living in Farmer Branch. They enjoy their neighbors and the monthly dinners they attend in the clubhouse. After waiting a year, we got our call a unit was ready. We quickly made the arrangements to sell our house, which we did within a week. Moving onto a place that fitted our needs and was clean, repainted, and desired shelving installed went smoothly. We have been for 7 months. 2 small problems were fixed quickly. We are in a location where everything is much hander to use, from Church, Grocery store, Medical facilities
