I’m sorry but what is the point of online booking if the business has to ‘accept’ it. The time slot is either available or it isn’t. The technology exists so this is clearly poor management of the tool and business.

Had an amazing spa day today with Kyla. She did an amazing job manicure, pedicure, facial and massage. She took her time, had great conversation and I feel very pampered. Will definitely go back.
