Very pleased with the care and attention given to my mom and other residents I have met during my visits! Staff is very friendly and open to questions or concerns. Mom's needs are met daily and staff contact me by phone and/or email whenever needed. My mom is in good hands! 🙂

I, Joanne Ogilvie, visited my mother at the Village this morning. My mother is in LTC, but we have the freedom to take her into the Retirement area and in the LTC area. Every area of Wentworth Heights is beautiful, clean and welcoming, so pleasant to walk around and sit in the comfortable seating areas. Today, we sat outside in the gorgeous main courtyard! Everyone is always very friendly, staff and residents. It's a treat to have The Ruby in-house. It's great to see infection control is in effect.
