UPDATE: Three years later and my Aunt is still loving this very special home. The team here is exceptional, and they take the time to sit with her and care for her as if she was family. Thank you to the team at The Village! I would highly recommend The Village. The Village is a special place. I am so happy my Aunt was able to move in here and get a beautiful room overlooking the grassy area. The staff are very attentive to her needs. She is happy she can now go for long walks on the grounds.
My Grandpa moved in about 6 months ago, and our experience as a family and his experience has been wonderful. He's able to walk the grounds, eat great food, and receive genuine care which puts everyone's mind at ease. Thank you to the entire team! We can't thank you enough.

My family member has moved on to a place that really knows how to care for its residents - the GM there even knows their name and that of the other 125 residents. I feel it’s important to share my experience so other families can make fully informed decisions. Unfortunately, my experience with The Village Assisted Living has been deeply disappointing. There appears to be a significant lack of effective management, clear communication, and accountability within the organization. Concerns are not consistently addressed in a timely or transparent manner, and it often feels as though responsibility is passed around rather than taken seriously.
