Excellent staff and facility
I had agonized for almost 2 months about moving my wife who has dementia into University Gates as I felt she would reject the idea and would be not accepting of the move. I had several visits with Sophia and Sandy and they were very understanding and supportive of the situation understanding and listening to my concerns and questions and always being very patient and caring about the situation and offering reassurance and support. The floor Coordinator on Matthew's wing is very rude,and treats you with disrespect. You go and visit your parents and you would think you were a criminal, always watching you. This is suppose to be my parents home not run like an institutional.
