I have had a couple of family members be a patient here and the service and warm welcome are a constant. University Gates supersedes my expectations amd everyone is made to feel like family.
Friendly staff, good meals,enjoyed patio.
The attendants were helping the residents with their lunch during my 2 hour visit to Gerry. They helped each resident as they ate and then moved them to the common area. They showed kindness and patience to everyone and some of the attendants also joked with the residents. The dining room was very.clean as were the other spaces.
