We have my dad in a home now and this care at 'the village' is sub par compared to what I am seeing now with my dad.
Disgusting behavior for a nursing home to ban a son from visiting his mother. The nursing home management should be ashamed and lose their jobs. Why would I risk putting my parents in this facility if the facility could ban me from seeing them?
Many workers are on their phone most of the time aswell as the food is terrible
People needs to be trained here properly instead of depending on the residents to tell them what to do. PSW’s are sitting around not on break instead of helping residents that are wishing for help. - Jason Snow
Won’t allow residents to see family for bogus trespassing rules because the man spoke out about the poor care provided!! Shame shame shame!
