RecommendedMy mother loves it here. She was in a shell before she came here. She is so alive and interactive with everyone. talks and laughs alot. Just recently my mom told them that her Chest was hurting. They reacted very fast. Got her to the hospital and she had blockage around her stent. The quick reaction saved her life. The new Executive Director is amazing! We can tell she truly cares for her residents. The staff is always pleasant as well. I'm so glad we found The Village!
In the last 4 months several management positions have changed. If you have a loved one currently there, ask a lot of questions and visit frequently! If you are considering this place don’t schedule tours, drop in visits are the true measure of any Memory Care. High turnover with employees is also a bad sign. A clear warning sign is recommendations posted here are from employees or family members of management. Reviews should be from those actually with a loved one who is/has experienced services from this facility.
the village of silver sage is a great place to work I been a this job for 11months it's clean employee there all on point and staff are very good we all work together with the lovely resident I have some I call my Golden Girls they have heart of gold and I love all the residence there
