Touring this community with Shiann and she was lovely. Showed everything I needed and was interested in. The staff walking around were smiling and introduced themselves. Families visiting seemed happy and shared this is the best community in the valley. They must moved from Fairwinds which I just toured. Such a great community here!!! My mom joined in on an activity they had a lecture from a doctor with a beautiful display of cocktails and treats. You would think it was a weeding. I’ve tried to find corporate email address or address for the facility to no avail so this will have to do. To the Village of Sherman Oaks, I am issuing this urgent and unequivocal admonition regarding the negligent handling of meal deliveries to my mother during her COVID isolation. For seven days, she has been confined to her home, dependent on these deliveries not only for sustenance but for essential medication that must be taken with food. The Village at Sherman Oaks is truly one of the best communities I've ever been to and worked with. Every interaction with staff and even residents is so pleasant. Jana, Elizabeth, Adriana, Grace, Ruby, Mercedes and the entire team here truly makes everyone feel special and welcome.
