Pros I live here and love it. There’s a east side and west side living. Neighbors are very friendly especially on the west side. There’s quite a few of us that ride our bikes in the summer. Management does good but seems too need a little help. Mike is great as our maintenance guy. Club house hopefully will open up after this Covid. Cons Rent goes up first of January every year.
I live here and love it. Super nice, nice homes, good neighbors, mgmt could use more help, but its ok. Sidewalks, clubhouse to use at mgmt discression.
