My 93-year-old mother recently moved into the Village of Northridge. She had resided at other assisted living facilities for many years. The Village of Northridge is a wonderful upscale place for seniors who are either independent or need some assisted living help. The physical facility and grounds are lovely, there are many amenities, the food is delicious and most importantly, the staff are friendly, caring and skilled at what they do. We had a wonderful visit and tour (thank you Patrick and Lexi and Helen). Everyone (staff and residents) was very friendly and welcoming. The gardens are welcoming with shaded areas and seating as well as walking paths. The common/shared areas are grand and full of light: quiet corners and other spaces with welcoming groups doing activities and chatting. We met and toured with Patrick. I can't say enough kind words about him. He was informative, honest, inquisitive about our circumstances, and thorough. We spent 2 hours with him and he was hospitable throughout. A better representative for The Village would be extremely hard to imagine.
We passed by this facility with my uncle and aunt for her 93 yo sister. We didnt have an appointment to see the place but Tracy welcomed us and showed us the place. She also gave us advise on how to facilitate her transfer from her current place. Great advice. Perfect place for our aunt!
